Step 3

Login to your web meeting room as an Operator.

There are two easy ways to launch your meeting room.  First, double-click the shortcut on your desktop.  Second, access Live Conference PRO™ from the Start Menu.  The meeting room will open.  Now login as an Operator.

Obtain your Operator login from the email with the subject: Your Account Is Live!  Copy and paste your username and password from the email into the login screen.

Remember, your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE.

Select Login As Operator from the drop-down menu.  Place a check in the Store Info box to make your login fast and easy next time.  Click OK to login.

You are now ready to invite people to your room!

Get help using any room feature by clicking this button inside your meeting room to load the online help system.

To access your Operator Control Panel, go to:

Login using the Operator username and password sent to your email address. If you have forgotten your login information, go to control panel login page (use the link above), then click Retrieve Operator Login.

From your Operator control panel, you can manage the following:

• Login Username and Password
• Business or Domain Name
• City, State, Country 
• Default Web Page URL (loads upon login to your room)
• Default Welcome Message (loads upon login to your room)
• Turn Conference Room ON or OFF
• Change Expiration Period for the Invite Guest tool
• Create Custom Guest Registration Forms
• Export Guest Email Addresses (in CSV format)
• Access Conference Logs
• Create and Manage Video Email Links
