Definition of Default Guest Rights (Room Features)
When an Operator with an annual plan is not in the room, he/she can allow people to use these Guest Rights: Voice, White Board, Co-Browsing, and unlimited downloading or uploading of files using the Document Center. When making your request, tell us which Guest rights you want to have available for everyone.
If an Operator has turned off a Guest Right, it will remain off when the Operator logs out. When everyone (Operator and Guests) has logged out of the room, the default Guest Right(s) for the meeting room will be automatically turned back on.
